Studio Policies

Customers are required to book the class online. Our booking window closes 15 minutes before the start of the class.

Our studio outside door opens 20 minutes before the start of the class and closes 5 minutes before the start of the class.
First time customers are required to come 15 minutes before the start of the class to allow enough time to complete the intake form and waiver and get familiar with the Studio
Repeat customers are required to come at least 5 minutes before the start of the class to give enough time to check in and get settled.
We start the class on time; no one would be permitted to enter the classroom once it starts to allow the class to go uninterrupted

Please remove shoes as we strive to keep the studio as a sacred & clean space for everyone.
Please set cell phone to silent mode

You can cancel the class 8 hours before the start of the class, if you do not cancel it within the 8-hour window, you will lose the class credit. If you have unlimited membership, you would be subject to $15 late cancellation fee.

Multiple Accounts:

We do not allow multiple accounts. If you have been to our studio before, please use the same email and account ID.

Class Package::

Our prepaid Class packages are not refundable

Membership:

Membership can be terminated only by providing 15 days Written notice before the next Billing cycle.
