Imagine this: it’s a sunny winter day, and you are outside standing in the sun, you feel warmth on your face despite the low temperatures. That’s the sun’s infrared waves at work.
Infrared saunas mimic the same infrared wavelengths created by the sun but leave out the other elements of the electromagnetic (or sun ray) spectrum. Most notably, that means that your time in an infrared sauna comes without any of the harmful ultraviolet waves that we use sunscreen to protect against when we’re outside, UVA or UVB rays. So, you can enjoy the relaxing and rejuvenating effects of the infrared thermal therapy without worrying about damage the sun would cause.
An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to make heat. A regular sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you.An infrared sauna gives these results at lower temperatures than a regular sauna. This makes an infrared sauna a choice for people who can't stand the heat of a Regular sauna.
Our Sauna can accommodate up to four people which can be enjoyed solo or shared with friends & family.
If used solo the bench in the sauna may be propped for comfortable lounging.

upon Arrival at the Studio :
Santokh will provide 2 hand towels, one body towel, an already placed towel on the bench & floor.
The towels should always be kept between you and the surfaces. It's never appropriate to sit directly on the bench. Make sure to always have a towel between you and the surfaces.
To guarantee the whole session time, please arrive 10 minutes early.

During Suana Session:
Avoid skin-to-wood contact to preserve the quality of the wood, to maintain sanitary conditions, & to prevent the sweat from soaking into the woodwork.
Optimal sauna experience occurs between 100° and 130°F.
The Guest should not be surprised if they do not sweat during the first few treatments. Sweating will increase with regular use, removing toxins and leaving them feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
To avoid reabsorption of toxins, wipe off accumulating sweat with a towel (we provide you with two hand towels you may use for this)
After the Suana Session:
Make sure to remove the sauna towels from the sauna chamber & place in the hamper located outside of the chamber.
please place any other towels (such as the hand towels) in the hamper.
Guests should drink at least 24 oz. of water or electrolyte drink to hydrate.
If at any point you begin to feel dizzy, sleepy, or lightheaded, please exit the sauna immediately and notify staff.
Hydrate before and after the sauna. Please note there is no food or drinks allowed inside of the sauna, thank you.
Do not use the sauna if you are pregnant or nursing
Using a sauna in conjunction with consumption of alcohol, drugs, or prescriptions may cause unconsciousness.
